Everything was good, super friendly staff, lovely views at sunset. The hotel's location was central, close to main town area. Moreover, it was short walk to waterfront, nearby food spots and esplanade and main street.

During my recent transit trip, I stayed at Port Denison Motor Inn in Bowen. The location of this hotel was extremely convenient as it was the nearest to the airport, which was only 81 km away. This made it easy for me to catch my early morning flight without any hassle. the accommodation itself was situated just 62 km from the nearest airport, providing a quick and seamless transition for weary travelers like myself.
The kitchen area, in particular, had a sticky and dusty shelf where glasses were kept, which made me question the overall hygiene standards.

I had a great value for my money at this motel. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, with shops and a supermarket just a short walk away, and a beautiful oceanside park and pier right across the road. The staff at Port Denison Motor Inn were incredibly helpful and responsive to all my needs and requests. Special mention to their excellent customer service.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options available.
